Always call the AA road rescue team whenever you need emergency
road assistance. There is a wide network of branches all over Kenya.
- The Road Rescue is a 24 hour service. The free road side repair
is an emergency service given to any member whose vehicle breaks
down on the road. Where towing is required, free towing as per
terms applicable is offered. In case vehicle recovery, a modest
fee is charged. The assurance to our members is that assistance is
only a phone call away is indeed comforting.
The Road Rescue Centre runs both patrol and
break-down vehicles fitted with two-way radio communication
equipment and GPRS/GSM tracking system on to the cars to ensure
good communication and service delivery.
- The vehicles are spread across the major
towns of the country. Where
there are no AA vehicles, AA agents are appointed.
- The call Centre receives over 100,000
distress calls annually from motorists.
- AA of Kenya is able to resolve 80% of
the problems at the road side.

Free towing is offered to members whose

Once a member’s free towing benefit has
been exhausted during the current year, the member will further enjoy
special towing and recovery charges at discounted rates. AA towing
trucks are comprehensively insured protecting the client from risk of
damage to a towed vehicle.
Vehicle recovery services
It
is not uncommon for your vehicle to fall into a ditch or get stuck in
mud, and especially during the rainy seasons. Just call the AA recovery
service. All the safety precautions are put in place during the whole
process.
