FREE ROAD RESCUE SERVICES
The AA is on call 24 hours every day of the
year. As Kenya's
leading and oldest personal assistance organization, the AA like
other emergency services is on call whenever you need them. The AA
patrol force is trained to exacting standards, providing the skill and
expertise to deal efficiently with any broken down situation, getting
you going safely and as quickly as possible.
FREE TOWING TOWING SERVICES
Free Towing services
are offered to members in accordance with applicable terms.
SPECIAL TOWING RATES
Members enjoy special towing and recovery
charges at discounted rates. Towing is carried out at AA’s
risk.
POST ACCIDENT ASSISTANCE
Ever
involved in an accident? AA will be there with you to provide
convenience and rescue at such times. We organize for the Police to come
to the scene of the accident through our call/control centre.
We
also send a stand-by service car to give the member
company. You do not need worry because the rescue team will manage the
accident scene to ensure that there is enough safety.
Furnish
the member with an insurance claim form.
Tow the
vehicle to the police station or a garage of his/her choice.
TECHNICAL ADVICE
Set your mind at rest by calling AA where you will obtain a reliable
technical advice. It's reassuring to know that you can call on AA
experts when grappling with technical questions like:

Why does the clutch cable keep snapping?

What is the relationship between fuel consumption
and gear usage, vehicle running costs?
AA experts will provide the answers free of
charge.
TECHNICAL INSPECTION
Assure yourself of the roadworthiness of any
motor vehicle having been checked by the AA technical officers. Research
reveals that 10% of the cars inspected have major faults, some
particularly major. The procedure includes a thorough road test and a
detailed examination; a report is issued within 24 hours. If problems
are listed, you are then in a stronger bargaining position.
