THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE AUTOMOBILE ASSOCIATION OF KENYA WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY,
21ST NOVEMBER 2014 AT 5.30 P.M. AT THE NAIROBI SERENA HOTEL
i)The Vice-Chairman retires in accordance with Rule 14 (1) (2) (3) of the Constitution and eligible for re-election.
ii)The Treasurer retires in accordance with Rule 14 (1) (2) (3) of the Constitution and eligible for re-election.
*Any member whose subscription will be in arrears shall be entitled to vote provided such member in arrears validates his/her membership by paying all the arrears on or before 12.00 noon on the date of the Annual General Meeting.
